ACT 6: Store Robbery
Meet Rebecca, a single mother who runs her own little grocery store in the mountains of Costa Rica. She lives in the same building as the store, and was recently robbed when 3 armed men broken in, tied her up with her 2 year old son, and looted the store of all cash and valuables.
This made it difficult to keep the shelves stocked while finances recover, and the local community suffered as well while products became sparse. Thanks to the generous donations of our clients, we were able to give $1800 to offset the loss and help keep the store running smoothly!
